How does BLINDSPOT® work?
At the core of BLINDSPOT® is a smart algorithm that always calculates your next best visit. It takes into account three key factors:
- Your customer’s location
- Customer segmentation (such as priority or account type)
- Visit frequency (how often you ideally want to see someone)
Already have appointments in your calendar? No problem — BLINDSPOT® takes them into account. Not sure where to start your day? Just hit ‘Generate Suggestion’ and the app will propose an efficient route for you.
Prefer to plan it yourself? That’s fine too — you decide whether to follow the system’s suggestions, create your own route, or combine both.
A map that thinks with you
BLINDSPOT® gives you a clear map view of your customers, so you can literally see where opportunities are. Each customer is marked with a color code based on visit urgency:
- Green: ready to visit
- Orange: almost overdue
- Red: overdue
- Grey: recently visited
- Blue: no current priority
This gives you instant clarity on where action is needed and helps you avoid double visits or missed opportunities.
Even cold visits become more effective: the algorithm avoids closed doors by skipping accounts that are unavailable or inactive on certain days.
